Confirmation before anything leaves the app
Sending, finalizing with an invoice number, payments, reminders and cancellations first appear as a card with all details. Only your click runs them exactly as shown.
Activity log and history
On the right you always see what the assistant looked up, decided, created or sent – with a link to the document. Conversations can be reopened later.
Orders as PDF or photo
Attach a customer order and the assistant takes over the items and quantities. The file is stored in the document archive in the “AI assistant” folder.

Press Ctrl/⌘ + J to open the assistant from any dashboard page. It knows which document you are looking at.
Included in every plan
AI credits per month: 50 on Free, 300 on Starter, 1,500 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise. A simple question costs 1 credit, a change 3.
Control and privacy
Only the person who held a conversation can see it, and conversations can be deleted at any time. Owners and admins can turn the assistant off for the company. To answer, the required data is sent to Anthropic (Claude).
